1. Overview
Welcome to BUE FRAW! These Terms of Service apply to your use of www.buefraw.com and purchases from our store. Throughout these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to BUE FRAW.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies identified below.
2. Our Furry Boxes
We shop at local pet stores and thoughtfully curate Furry Boxes containing treats, toys, and everyday essentials for dogs and cats.
Contents vary according to the box purchased and may change each month. Brands, flavors, colors, and styles depend on availability. Product photos are examples unless a listing specifically states otherwise. Any substitutions will remain consistent with the item counts and categories described for your purchased box.
3. Your Pet’s Needs & Safety
Please email furryteam@buefraw.com before ordering if your pet has allergies, dietary restrictions, or specific needs. Special requests depend on availability and must be confirmed by our team. We cannot guarantee that products are free from allergens or cross-contact.
Customers are responsible for reviewing labels, following manufacturer instructions, selecting appropriate products for their pets, and supervising use. Remove damaged toys and discontinue any product that causes an adverse reaction. Our products and descriptions are not veterinary advice.
4. Orders, Prices & Payment
You agree to provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery information and to keep it current.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping or delivery charges are disclosed at checkout.
We may decline or cancel orders because of unavailable inventory, suspected fraud, payment issues, or a material listing error. If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled items and associated charges.
Price changes do not affect orders already accepted.
5. Subscriptions & Recurring Billing
When you select a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method at the price and frequency disclosed at checkout, plus applicable taxes and shipping or delivery charges.
Your subscription renews automatically until canceled. Any minimum commitment, promotional conditions, or special cancellation deadline must be disclosed before you complete your purchase.
If we change your subscription price or other material subscription terms, we will notify you before the change takes effect and obtain additional consent where required. You may cancel future renewals before the change takes effect.
6. Subscription Cancellation
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals. It does not automatically cancel an order that has already been charged or prepared.
To cancel, use the subscription-management link provided in your subscription emails or email furryteam@buefraw.comwith your name and order or subscription details. Please submit cancellation before your next scheduled charge to stop that renewal. Any different cutoff must be clearly disclosed and agreed to at checkout.
Final-sale status applies to purchased boxes and does not prevent you from canceling future subscription renewals.
7. Cancellation of Individual Orders
For cancellation of an individual order, contact furryteam@buefraw.com as soon as possible.
Any cancellation-request window offered at checkout or through your customer account applies to that order. Submitting a request does not confirm cancellation; we will let you know whether the order can be canceled. Orders already prepared, shipped, delivered, or collected generally cannot be canceled, except where required by law.
8. Pickup, Local Delivery & Shipping
Available pickup, local delivery, and shipping options are shown at checkout.
Same-day pickup and local delivery are subject to order timing, product availability, service area, and capacity. Same-day service is confirmed only when expressly stated in your order confirmation or a message from our team.
We offer shipping to eligible addresses throughout the United States. Processing and transit estimates are provided separately when available. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.
Please provide a complete, accurate address and any necessary access instructions. Contact us promptly about missing packages, delivery problems, or address errors so we can investigate and discuss available options.
9. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
For health, safety, and sanitation reasons, Furry Box sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges or offer refunds based on personal preferences or a pet’s interest in an item, except where required by law.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, email furryteam@buefraw.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the items and packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for additional details. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Promotions & Discount Codes
Discounts and promotions are subject to the conditions stated with each offer, including eligibility, expiration dates, and subscription requirements. Discounts cannot be combined unless expressly permitted.
For subscription promotions, the discount applies only to the order or billing periods identified in the offer. Later renewals are charged at the disclosed regular subscription price unless stated otherwise.
A free or discounted first box does not create a subscription unless you expressly agree to recurring billing at checkout.
11. Website Use & Intellectual Property
You may not use our website for unlawful purposes, submit fraudulent orders, interfere with website security, or misuse another person’s information.
Our logo, original photographs, written content, and designs belong to BUE FRAW or their respective owners. You may not reproduce or use them commercially without permission.
12. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information. Please review it when using our website or placing an order.
13. Responsibility & Consumer Rights
We aim to provide accurate information and reliable service, but occasional errors or interruptions may occur. Contact us if you identify a problem so we can address it.
To the extent permitted by law, BUE FRAW is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use or purchases. This provision does not exclude responsibility for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Texas law and applicable federal law. Any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live remain in effect.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The revised version and updated date will be posted on this page.
Updates apply prospectively and do not change the terms applicable to previously accepted orders. Material changes affecting existing subscriptions will be communicated before taking effect, with additional consent obtained where required.
