BUE FRAW Subscription Cancellation Policy
Monthly Subscriptions
When you purchase a Furry Box subscription, you’ll receive one box each month.
Your payment method will be securely stored by our payment provider and automatically charged each month at the subscription price disclosed at checkout, plus applicable taxes and shipping charges. Your subscription renews automatically until canceled.
Your billing date is not necessarily your shipping or delivery date.
Introductory offers or discounts apply only to the orders specified in the offer. Subsequent renewals are billed at the regular price disclosed when you subscribe, unless you are notified of a change.
Changing or Canceling Your Subscription
To change or cancel your subscription before its next renewal, email furryteam@buefraw.com at least 14 calendar days before your scheduled renewal date. Include your name and order or subscription details.
Requests received fewer than 14 days before renewal will take effect for the following billing cycle. Your upcoming renewal will still be charged, and that month’s box will be provided, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Cancellation stops future renewals once effective. It does not automatically cancel or refund orders already charged.
Changes to your pet’s preferences or box selection must also be requested at least 14 days before renewal and depend on availability.
Orders Already Charged
If you need help with an order that has already been charged, email furryteam@buefraw.com promptly. Orders already prepared, shipped, delivered, or collected generally cannot be canceled, except where required by law.
Returns & Refunds
For health, safety, and sanitation reasons, Furry Boxes are final sale, subject to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law. This does not prevent you from canceling future subscription renewals under the cancellation terms above.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, email furryteam@buefraw.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue.
